Sandwich Wraps

Colored wraps can be purchased at Costco or Sams Club and you can also use the big plain flour wraps found at any grocery store.

Spread a thin layer of soft cream cheese over the wrap.  Layer with cold cuts or chicken salad, provolone or swiss cheese and red leaf lettuce.  Cold cuts should be only one slice or it gets hard to roll and chicken salad must have very finely chopped chicken in the mixture.  (Cranberry jelly can be added with turkey cold cuts for a sweet twist to the wrap.)  You can be as creative as you wish with the next ingredients, anything you like in a sandwich works as long as it isn't too bulky.  Add olives, chopped tomatoes (drain well or they make the wraps soggy).  You can make a veggie wrap with finely chopped carrots, celery, red onion, olives, pickles, etc. mixed into cream cheese.

Fold the bottom third of the wrap up and then roll the whole wrap tightly.  Wrap them in plastic wrap until ready to serve.  Cut in diagonal slices to show off filling and use toothpicks to stop them from unraveling.
