Reflections

I heard him knock and call my name
I knew my sins and felt ashamed.
I still don't know what made Him come
To me that day, unworthy one.
I opened up, He came inside
He filled my home and heart with light.
He touched my soul and helped me see
Reflections of Eternity.
"Come with Me," I heard Him say
"I'll hold your hand along the way.
I'll lift you up and be your friend
My way is truth, my light won't end."
He led me by still water's edge
From that day on I made a pledge
To go wherever He might lead
Reflecting all He's given me.
Colors on water, reflecting the Son
Showing the way to everyone.
Just come to the Living Water and see
Reflections of Eternity.
When He turned to leave that day
I knew I never could repay
His endless love that filled my soul
Changed my life and made me whole.
I couldn't stop the flowing tears
He said, "I'll always be right here.
No matter what the world might say,
My love will never go away."

Reflections of Eternity.
So come with me, I'll take you there
To water that you'll want to share.
Once you've tasted, you will know
The sweetness that the waters show.
So drink the water, feel His love
Pouring down from up above.
Then go and search a soul to seek,
Help the Shepherd feed His sheep.
